The seal was damaged in transit
Do not eat the gummies. The jar says do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Photograph it, then call the order desk with the order ID.
Everything we can confirm about getting money back, including the parts that cost you rather than the seller.
To return JellyRock, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID before sending anything. Post the return to 2 Park Avenue, Floor 20, New York, NY 10016, USA, with your full name, the email you ordered with and the order ID inside the parcel. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and should be sent tracked. After the return is credited, expect three to five business days at the seller's end and then five to ten days for the card to show it.
Five steps. Doing them out of order is the usual reason a refund takes longer than it should.
The return window is the Amazon listing's, unless the seller prints a longer one. Find it on the checkout screen or in your confirmation email before you do anything else, because everything below depends on being inside it.
Call before you post. An unannounced parcel arriving at a returns desk is harder to match to an order and slower to process.
Full name, the email address you ordered with, and the order ID. Three lines. A parcel without them can sit unmatched for weeks.
2 Park Avenue, Floor 20, New York, NY 10016, USA. Return shipping is the buyer's cost. Tracking is what proves it arrived, and without it you have no evidence of anything.
Three to five business days after they credit it, then five to ten days for the card. The second wait is your bank's, and calling the order desk will not shorten it.
| Item | Who pays | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Original shipping to you | Not published | No shipping cost was published to us, so we cannot say whether it is refunded. |
| Return postage | The buyer | Stated plainly in the material we were given. Use tracking; it is worth the extra. |
| The product itself | Refunded, inside the window | The window is the Amazon listing's, not a seller guarantee. |
| Restocking fee | Not published | Nothing in the material mentions one. Read the checkout terms. |
| Opened jars | Not published | A marketplace window generally expects a saleable item back, and an opened jar of gummies is not one. Ask the desk before posting it. |
Three of those five rows say not published. That is a thinner refund disclosure than we would like, and it is part of why guarantee scores 2.5 out of 5 in our breakdown.
The first wait belongs to the seller. Once the parcel is received and matched to an order, the refund is issued. The material we were given puts that at three to five business days.
The second wait belongs to your bank. A card refund is a separate transaction that has to clear through the card network before it appears on a statement, and that is five to ten days on top. Nobody at the order desk can make that part move faster.
So a return posted on a Monday, arriving on a Thursday, might be credited the following Tuesday and visible on the card the week after that. Roughly three weeks from posting to seeing the money is normal rather than a sign something has gone wrong.
What does justify a call is silence. If the tracking shows the parcel delivered and nothing has happened a week later, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and the tracking number.
It is the only piece of evidence in this process that belongs to you rather than to the seller or the bank. Keep it until the refund appears on your statement.

Heat, almost certainly, at some point in the journey. Photograph the jar before opening it and call. This is a condition problem rather than a change of mind and is usually handled differently.
Call before returning. A wrong-item return is usually handled differently from a change of mind, and the desk can tell you how.
The simplest case. Inside the window, tracked, with your details in the box.
Call first. A marketplace window generally expects a saleable item, so an opened jar is a conversation rather than an automatic return.
This is a tracking problem, not a refund problem. Start with the tracking number, then call the order desk.
This website is the authorized retailer. It does not hold your payment, cannot see your order and cannot issue a refund. Everything about money goes through +1 (302) 200-3480. Writing to [email protected] about a refund will get you a reply telling you to call that number, a day later than if you had called it first.
A return is an argument about facts, and the person with the records wins it. Three documents are worth keeping from the moment you order until the refund appears.
The confirmation email, because it carries the order ID and the date. The date matters because a return window is counted from a point the desk will want to agree on, and an email settles it.
The tracking number for the return, because it is the only proof that the parcel arrived. Return postage is the buyer's cost and untracked postage is the most common reason a return becomes unresolvable: nobody can prove it was sent and nobody can prove it was not received.
A photograph of what you sent back, taken before sealing the box. This costs nothing and it settles any question about condition, which on a gummy product is the thing returns tend to be argued about.
An announced return is matched to an order on arrival. An unannounced parcel has to be identified from whatever is inside it, which is why the slip with your name, email and order ID matters so much, and why a phone call first is worth five minutes.
The most common reason people miss a return window is that they ordered a second pack before deciding about the first. If you are unsure, do not reorder until you have decided, because a second order does not extend the first window and it turns one decision into two.
A chargeback is a dispute raised with your card issuer rather than with the seller. It exists for genuine failures: goods never delivered, a charge you did not authorise, a seller who will not respond.
It is not a substitute for a return. Raising one when a normal refund process is available tends to make things slower rather than faster, because the order is frozen while the dispute runs and the desk that could have resolved it in a phone call can no longer act.
On this product there is an extra step before that anyway. Because the purchase completes on Amazon, Amazon's own returns and A-to-z guarantee processes sit between you and a chargeback, and they are quicker and more predictable than a card dispute.
The sequence that works is: call the order desk, use Amazon's process if that does not resolve it, keep the records described above, and escalate to your card issuer only if both have failed.
One jar is 60 gummies, 30 servings, one month. Every ingredient carries a printed amount, there is no proprietary blend, and the price is shown at checkout.
