Say not published, out loud

How we researched JellyRock
We started with photographs of the jar: the front, the Supplement Facts panel on the back, the suggested use and caution panel on the side, and the brand's own marketing panels. Everything on the ingredients and supplement-facts pages is transcribed from those, including a spelling we believe is an error and have not corrected.
Then we took every printed percentage and divided the amount by the FDA's published Daily Value. That is the step most people skip, and on this label it produced the single most surprising finding on the site: four of the seven percentages do not match.
Then we took each ingredient with an amount and looked for a reference dose or a trial at a comparable level. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets gave us the upper limits and the beetroot nitrate figures. A 2025 meta-analysis in Nutrients gave us the apple cider vinegar doses and, just as usefully, its own list of limitations.
Finally we read the commercial material for what was not in it. That is where the missing price, the missing certificate and the missing acetic acid figure came from, and it is the part of the research that changed the score most.
