If you miss a day
Take the next serving at the usual time. Do not double up. Nothing here needs a steady blood level maintained hour to hour, and doubling the folic acid for no reason is the one thing worth avoiding.
Two gummies a day between meals. That is the whole instruction, and it is the easiest dosing of any product we have written up. One precaution is missing from it.
The JellyRock label reads: as a dietary supplement, take 2 gummies daily between meals, or as directed by your health care provider. One serving is two gummies and a jar of 60 holds 30 servings, so one jar is one month. The caution panel says do not exceed the recommended dose. The label says nothing about rinsing your mouth afterwards, which on an acidic sugary chew is the one precaution we would add.

Five steps. The third one is not on the label and we think it should be.
One serving is two gummies. There is no morning-and-evening split, no loading phase and nothing to time around a workout. They are chewable and they are meant to be chewed.
That is what the label says. It does not say why, and we are not going to invent a reason. If a vinegar gummy is uncomfortable on an empty stomach, that is a conversation with your own clinician rather than a thing for this page to overrule.
Not on the label. Vinegar is acidic and each serving carries four grams of sugar, and acid plus sugar sitting on tooth enamel is exactly the combination dentists warn about. A mouthful of water costs nothing. Avoid brushing straight after an acidic food; wait half an hour.
The caution panel says do not exceed the recommended dose. On a sweet that tastes of apple, that is worth saying out loud. The folic acid is the specific reason: one serving is already 60% of the NIH upper limit.
One jar is thirty servings. Reviewers who reported a change named three to six weeks, which runs past the end of the first jar. Judging after a week is judging too early.
Most supplements can be taken slightly wrong without much consequence. This one has a specific reason to hold the line, and it is the folate.
The panel carries 600 micrograms of folic acid a serving. The NIH sets a tolerable upper intake level of 1,000 micrograms a day of folic acid from supplements and fortified foods, for adults. One serving is therefore 60% of that limit before breakfast.
Two servings would be 1,200 micrograms, which is over it. Add a multivitamin, a B-complex or a bowl of fortified cereal and a single extra serving takes you comfortably past the limit without anything on the jar warning you.
The upper limit for folic acid exists partly because high intakes can mask the blood picture of a vitamin B12 deficiency, correcting the anaemia while the neurological damage continues. There is 2 micrograms of B12 in this product, which is a food-level amount and not a corrective one.
None of that is alarming at one serving a day. All of it is a reason to treat the recommended dose as a maximum on a product that tastes like a sweet.
Two gummies, once a day, and no more. If you take a prenatal vitamin, a B-complex or a multivitamin, add the folate lines together before you start rather than afterwards.
Nothing here adds to the instruction. It puts the instruction on a calendar.
| When | What to do | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1 to 7 | Two gummies daily, between meals, water afterwards | The first week is for establishing the habit and noticing anything about your digestion. Nothing on this panel acts quickly. |
| Days 8 to 30 | Two gummies daily, same time | One jar. By the end of it you know whether the format is one you will keep up, which is the single biggest variable in whether any supplement does anything. |
| Days 31 to 60 | Second jar, same routine | This is where reviewers who noticed something said they noticed it. Three to six weeks was the range they gave. |
| Day 60 onward | Decide honestly | If nothing has changed in two months, that is an answer. Check the Amazon return window before you order a third jar rather than after. |
Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here overrides the label. If the jar in your hand says something different from this page, the jar wins and we want to hear about it.

Read both panels side by side before you start. Folate is the line to add up, and it is the one with an upper limit attached.
The panel carries 100 micrograms of iodine. That is well inside the upper limit for most people, and a thyroid condition changes the calculation. Ask the clinician who manages it.
Store in a cool, dry place, as the jar says. Gummies soften in heat and fuse. A kitchen cupboard is fine; a car in summer is not.
There is no capsule, tablet, powder or liquid version of this product in the material we were given. If apple cider flavour is a problem, this product has no other form to offer you.
Apple cider vinegar has been studied in people with type 2 diabetes, and each serving here also carries four grams of added sugar. Both of those belong in a conversation with whoever manages your diabetes.
Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Adult use only. Keep out of the reach of children. That last line matters more than usual on a product that looks and tastes like a sweet.

The label names no time of day, only that the serving is between meals. Pick a time you will not forget and keep it. A fixed anchor works better than a rule about the clock.
They are chewable gummies and they are meant to be chewed. They are set with gelatin and flavoured apple cider.

Acid and sugar together are the combination dentists worry about, and this product has both. The label says nothing about it. Rinse with water afterwards and do not brush for half an hour.
Store in a cool, dry place, as the jar says. Gummies soften in heat and stick together, so a hot car or a sunny windowsill is the worst place for them. Keep the safety seal intact until you start the jar.
It is 60% of the 1,000 mcg a day upper limit the NIH sets for folic acid from supplements and fortified foods, in one serving. That is inside the limit and it is not a trivial share of it, particularly if you also take a multivitamin or eat fortified cereal.
